100 push ups week 1 day 2

Hope you aren’t feeling too sore today.

Day 2 has us resting for at least 90 seconds between each set.

Day 2

rest 90 seconds between each SET (longer if required)

set 1 3 6 10
set 2 4 8 12
set 3 2 6 8
set 4 3 6 8
set 5 max (at least 4) max (at least 7) max (at least 12)
