100 push ups week 2 day 3

We’ll rest for 120 seconds in between each set.

Day 3

rest 120 seconds between each SET (longer if required)

set 1 5 12 16
set 2 7 13 17
set 3 5 10 14
set 4 5 10 14
set 5 max (at least 8 ) max (at least 15) max (at least 20)

Make sure to send me your results.  We also have an exhaustion test to do in 1 or 2 days.
