Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

3.5-4.5 lb pork loin
1 cup unfiltered apple juice
1/4 red onion
10 sprig of thyme

In a large crock pot add the pork, apple juice, onion an thyme.  Cook on high for 4.5 hours (or low for about 7 hours).

Once the pork is done cooking, remove it and place it on a plate.  Discard the remaining mixture.  Remove any visible fat from the pork before returning it to the crock pot.  Shred the pork.

It’s ready to be enjoyed in your taco or however you like!
