Ingredients:
3/4 cup sesame seed
2 cloves of garlic
2 1/2 cups chickpeas
3 TBSP lemon juice
3 roasted red bell peppers
sea salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor add the sesame seed. Purée until almost to a smooth consistency, scrapping down the sides every so often. Add the garlic, chickpeas and lemon juice and purée until almonst the desired consistency. Add the roasted red bell peppers, sea salt and pepper. Whirl until the peppers are combined with the hummus to the consistency you like.



I love hummus and I eat it everyday. The roasted red peppers give it such a nice flavor twist. Simple, great recipe!!
