Lower Body Move of the Day

Goooooood morning.

Today’s move of the day will focus on your lower body.  Want to learn how to do a forward lunge?  Yes, you do!  Work those hamstrings, quads and glutes!  For an additional challenge add some hand weights.

    ❤ ❤ ❤ lunges and squats! So good for your legs and booty. Perfection. Um I'm pretty much ready for Christmas. Few little things left to do! I agree- the prep is so overwhelming! I hope you get some relaxing time in
