Good times

15 Jan

Last night Jacob and I enjoyed some more kale chips, Marla’s Smoked Salmon Feta Couscous and some artichoke.  All was mighty delicious!

Later on we met up with a friend and went to Rouge for some drink.  Good times 🙂

Banana oats were back in order once again this morning!  I loved the combo of peanut butter and brazil nut butter (hiding under the PB) with the crunchy pumpkin seeds on top.

We’re only working a half day today then heading up to the lake house for the weekend again.  LOVE going to the lake!

On the agenda for the weekend –

Run 8 miles (the last long run before the 1/2 marathon…eeek!)
Go for a hike??
Experiment in the kitchen
Lots of games 🙂

Leaving you now with the move of the day: Leg Circles and Lifts.  If you want to work your butt, inner-outer thigh then this is for you.  Plus your getting some ab work and shoulder work in too.  It’s totally hard and awesome!

I am so thrilled you tried the Smoked Salmon Feta couscous. I am wondering what kind of feta you chose for it??? Glad u liked it!!

I’ve never seen it in the store before either so I made it myself in the food processor. It is the easier nut butter to make.
