Later on we met up with a friend and went to Rouge for some drink. Good times 🙂
Banana oats were back in order once again this morning! I loved the combo of peanut butter and brazil nut butter (hiding under the PB) with the crunchy pumpkin seeds on top.
On the agenda for the weekend –
Run 8 miles (the last long run before the 1/2 marathon…eeek!)
Go for a hike??
