I got to enjoy a lot of time in the kitchen this past weekend. I love cooking and baking so being in the kitchen is a relaxing time for me.
Chocolate PB fudge protein bars for Jacob (recipe from Clean Eating Magazine)
Walnut, brazil nut, pumpkin seed and flax seed crackers.
Topped with poppyseeds
Topped with sesame seeds
Turkey, asparagus and mushroom breakfast strata.
Superbowl party spread:
Nicole’s delicious Buffalo Wing Dip, chips, guacamole, plain and roasted red pepper hummus, and plenty of veggies for dipping.
Kale chips, pesto chicken and spicy avocado pork sammies.
And these almond butter chocolate cookies (recipe from Clean Eating Magazine). These were so yummy but didn’t hold together very well 😦
