Jumping Jack

Target area(s): full body (cardio)

How to perform a jumping jack:

Stand straight with your hands at your side.


Quickly jump and extend your legs out, while at the same time raising your arms overhead.


Quickly again, return to the starting position.  Repeat the jumping jacks for 2 minutes, then jog in place for 30 seconds.

Repeat this segment 3 more times to get a quick 10 minute cardio work out in.
