Stability Ball Torso Twist

Target area(s): resting-stretch

How to perform the stability ball torso twist:

Begin sitting comfortably on your stability ball.

Lift your left arm straight out in front of you, and your right arm straight out to the right.  Make a thumbs-up with your right hand and look at your right hand.

Begin to rotate your right hand back behind you.  Keep your eyes on your thumb while you rotate back.  Rotate as far as you comfortably can.

Return to the starting position.  Do this now following your left hand back.

Repeat for a total of 5 times rotating to the right and left.
