Curry Chicken

Curry Chicken










2 cups cooked diced chicken
1.5 cups diced celery
1.5 cups halves red grapes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 TBSP curry powder
1/4 tsp each sea salt and ground pepper
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup dried cranberries

Combine chicken, celery, grapes, yogurt, curry, salt and pepper.  Mix and refridgerate for at least 30 mins, but best over night.  Right before eating mix in the almonds and cranberries.  Serve wrapped in lettuce, pitas or just eat it with a fork!
