15 oz. can of black beans, drained and well rinsed
7.5 oz. can of red salmon, drained
1/2 cup frozen corn, defrosted
1/8 cup green onion, diced
1/2 of a lemon, juiced
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp each paprika, chili powder ang ground black pepper
pinch of sea salt
Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor. Pulse to combine, but do not puree the mixture you want to leave it chunky.
Spread on crackers or in lettuce cups.
